What is your Shipping Policy?
All items will be shipped UPS ground or surface international unless otherwise specified. Any items marked as "free shipping" will ship to the lower 48 states (DOES NOT INCLUDE ALASKA, HAWAII, OR PEURTO RICO) via ups, fedex, or USPS ground only. We will ship worldwide but extra shipping charges may apply. We do offer shipping from Fedex and USPS as well if it is preferred. Most items will ship within 4 business days of receipt of the order. We're open Moday thru Friday, 9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time. If you choose USPS shipping, it might take a little longer to get your item out because we do USPS a few days a week, where we do UPS Monday-Friday. If there is a back order, you will be contacted and given the option to keep the item on backorder or cancel. Please do not purchase items based only on the picture. We sometimes use stock photos from the manufactuers website. The description is correct for fitment, if your model is not listed, the part will NOT fit. Feel free to ask questions if you are unsure about fitment.

What is your Return Policy?
Returns are accepted for 15 days from the date of purchase. Warranty- we do not warranty any item we sell for defects or fitment. All items that come with a warrnaty(most do) come with a warranty from the manufacturer. We do not handle any warranty issues but will help in any way we can in dealing with the manufacturer if needed. Any item shipped incorrectly can be returned for an exchange. Exchanges- items that are exhanged are not subject to a restock and may be exhanged for any product of equal value. Returns for refund-All returns must be in the original package in "new" condition. Any item shiped back to us damaged or scratched in installation will not be accepted. All returns for refund are subject to a 25% restock fee. Damaged in shipping- When a package is recieved damaged, the carrier needs to be notified and we also need to be notified within 5 days of recipt. We will file the claim with the carrier and send out another one. We are not responsible for shipping for returned items. All returns must be pre-approved and may be subject to a restock fee.
